Myntra On Line Shopping - Package not delivered

I ordered a nautica aqua rush perfume (order no. *******-*******-*******) from the myntra app on **/**/** I paid a total mount of **** rupees on the app right then and there.
The parcel was supposed to be delivered to me by */**/** the parcel never showed up I waited and waited. Finally on */**/** I called up customer service (got through with great difficulty) and lodged a complaint. Nothing was done by myntra about that complaint. I still waited and waited. Finally on **/**/** I got a message and email from myntra that my package has been delivered to me ! Which was completely false because I had not recieved anything, not even a phone call from the delivery executive ! I immediately called up myntra and lodged a second complaint. Till now they haven’t given me a concrete answer. They’ve just kept me hanging in the air. They are refusing to deliver my package or give me a refund. The customer service people are rude. I requested to talk to their supervisor, who’s are even more rude. There’s absolutely no help from myntras side. I just hope I get my money back, as I cannnot afford to lose the money. It’s been a traumatising experience shopping on myntra. It’s as good as stealing my money. Worst thing is myntra is not willing to give my product nor are they giving me a refund.
