I ordered a jewellery set from a company called 'The Bling Bag' on **st Jan. ****. On *st Feb ****, they sent me a message saying that the packet has been shipped via Delhivery courier services (AWB no- ************). Now on *rd Feb, the courier company is updating that they have delivered my product but I'm yet to receive. On further complaints, on *th Feb ****, the courier company is sending me the proof of delivery receipt which bears a signature which is not mine. The handwriting is also very different. Also this is the second time that the company has stolen one of my delivery packets.
Now I have to keep calling them and mailing them continuously and to say the least, their service is abysmal and indifferent.
