Storeadda - package not delivered

On ** october ****,from storeadda.com I have placed my order for a pink lahenga(shruti hassan pink net masakli lahenga) and paid **** rupees using my debit card.Instantly I got the confirmation mail that I have successfully paid and my product will be delivered soon.But stii I have not received my product.also my money is not refunded.I have send mail to their helpline mail id but they have not replied.Clearly this is a fraud website.They have cheated my hard earned money.
