I have ordered qcy qs * on *th January ****. After **th January ****, there is no update and status got stucked mentioned to be departed from country of origin, as the product amounting to ****. When regarding this i send the messages to seller, seller is not at all responsible and responding when will i get the package.even had chat with their agents but they also had false promise as it was informed that ali express will reply over mail but they havent after **th. I have the chat records also, such a worst site i have ever seen. Ali express is not at all owe the responsibility and always had fake promises on chat, my concern revolves around when product is departed from origin country. Then why it isn't arrive in my country and open a dispute with these people can only be possible if i have received this product.
