Myntra On Line Shopping - Package not delivered

I ordered a product in COD and i got message that i will get the product delivered today, but due to huge amount of product at delivery agent he wasn't able to deliver the product.The delivery agent never called me from his side and when i called the customer service they are like you will receive the product in * business day but never got though and when i called them to get the product back they told be they can't do it as it came back to myntra warehouse.When i am trying to call they are not listening to my concer and no attempt to fulfill the customer need.As included in the evidence screenshot it is their issue due to which this happend and they are like we can't do anything sorry.
