Goodricke Group Ltd - Package Not Delivered

I purchased Tea using Goodricke website (https://www.goodricketea.com) ** days back. They shipped the product via Shiprocket. Shiprocket then sent an email that order is delivered though I have not recieved any delivery.

*. I wrote several emails to Goodricke but did not got any reply from their side.
*. I raised a complaint with Shoprocket, and they sent me an email stating that the issue is resolved.
*. I called shiprocket - they said they are not a courier but a shipping company and so cannot help me on that but asked me to check with the seller.

What I am supposed to do then? This is quite disappointing. I am yet to receive any deliver.
