I placed the order Nokia *.* under the coupon code kkrfans on **% on actual price (actual price *****/- after got coupon price *****/-)on may **th ****.they delivered the product on **th may **** but they did a mistake to send wrong price (*****/-)bill on same product.Then i return the product to need a mobile in offer price (*****/-)Then i have been calling them from **th may **** to till **rd jun **** then they are frequently saying "In response to your concern regarding Nokia *.*, we would like to inform you that your concern is already forwarded to our relevant department. They shall get back to you soon."
NOTE : On **th when i get the wrong delivery i had to call them.They said "don't accept and please return the product we will re place your product on same price (*****/-) under the coupon code."Till now i do not get anything from them at least notification also.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
