Hari Exports - Package not delivered

I'm a reseller of women's clothing. I got in touch with a Surat based dealer on GlowRoad app. I made a bulk order of ** blouses with him through WhatsApp. The total cost turned out to be Rs **** (+shipping Rs ***). I transferred the money via NEFT to Hari Exports bank account. The order was booked on **th May ****. I asked them to share the tracking details several times, but no response. Thankfully I received a package on **nd May. But it turned out to be wrong product. I informed them immediately and they admitted that the packages had been interchanged. They gave me an address and requested to send the package there. That courier amount is Rs *** which they had agreed to bear. But till today, i.e. the **th June, I have not received the package. I have made multiple attempts to contact them but they never respond. When I asked them to refund the money, they just said 'Ok'. I'm yet to receive the refund. (P.S. The company also goes by the name IRJ Enterprises)

I've all the evidence against the company including conversation screenshots, bank account details and proof of payment.
