Initially a product amounting to Rs.**** was ordered with prior confirmation of the availability of the product the total amount was paid ( bank transfer) on Dec *, ****. Later they informed the product is not available, so asked for refund they refused to pay and asked to purchase some other product. Later a product for Rs. **** was ordered and the extra amount of RS.*** was also paid on the same day. They promised to deliver the product within *-* days but it wasn't delivered. After the expiry of the said period when requested for update regarding the delivery of the product they failed to do so it's been more than * days. Only upon their promise that the product will be delivered within * days the product was ordered but still it is not delivered.
