I ordered a Redmi Note * Pro worth Rs. *****/- from shopype.com on *th November **** and made an online payment through PhonePe app. But I have not received my order yet and their website and helpline number is not working. The website seems to be a scam and I request a full refund asap.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
