I had ordered an item on **th of oct and i received an sms stating my order #*****, a blue jumpsuit. will be delivered within **-** days and a second confirmation saying I will receive it on **th oct. I havent received it, neither have i received a response from the company when i had written mails to them.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
