I have purchased One BHK flat in City Heart on Kharar- Chandigarh highway, Kharar in July **** and company"s MD ( Mr. Pankaj Sood) has comitted to supply AC with all other items and but failed to delivered AC till date. They also have sold this Flat on *% GST but as per govt rate GST was *% from april ****.
