I ordered a saree from www.womenclothestudio.com the website seemed legit with promotional ads on Facebook and Instagram. After placing the order I received a confirmation email, but it didn't mention any date of delivery. It has been days since I placed the order, the shipment hasn't arrived. The website provided no contact information. The claim refund option isn't registering a complaint either.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
