Amazon marked order as delivered where as order never reached to me. I am complaining to Amazon Customer care regularly but they are not giving any satisfactory answer. They are just saying that it will be resolved till date but on that date they make other excuses.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
