I have booked an order at Flipkart on **.**.**** vide order no.OD****************** and the same has arrived on Gwalior on **.**.**** by Ecom Express vide AWB No.********** but till date I have not received my package and the courier company has mentioned in status "Shipment un-delivered Shipment attempted - Customer not available" but nobody has informed & called and I am available **x* so why the courier company has not delivered my package and showing the wrong status on their portal which seems fraud with me. Hence it is humble requested to kindly take appropriate action against the Flipkart & Ecom Express who are doing fraud with me.
