comex industrial company SAE - package not delivered

My order id is H-M***********. I have ordered macbook pro **** got their number from WhatsApp . I made a payment of ***$ initially then he send me tracking id GE*******IN from http://rolloverglobalmovers.com. he promised me to deliver within ** hour but after ** days i have not received a package instead he demanded payment for clearance details i have given below, in the name of taxes, costum duty, insurance fee, demurrage fee, airport clearance fee. Etc. Its total amount is *.* lakh indian rupee i.e ****$ which is too much, later seller provides me contact number of courier men which also made me to pay extra money and promised to deliver by tomorrow repeatedly. This is a case of fraud against me. Help me out to get case solved, they still want me to pay money, when i asked to deliver the package they are not replying
