Amazon .in Green Soul Vienna High Back Boss/Manager/Senior/Conference Room Revolving Office Chair ( - package not delivered

I ordered nebulizer machine from Amazon for my uncle. Waited * more week to get product. When the product arrived delivery boy didn't attempt to deliver the product and raise status delivery attempt made and failed due to non payment.. then it showing your product was returning.. then I contacted delivery agent he told he could not bring the package to delivery address due to vechile problem on Sunday he will definitely delivery the product and I requested him for product also.. on the next it's showing your product was returning and I tried to contact delivery agent I couldn't so I contacted customer service they say that sorry for the problem and they can't delivery the product because the product was already out of Karnataka. Again I contacted customer service.. now they are like may be the product faulty that's they returning the product.. they didn't inform me anything they didn't call also. They didn't put replacement. Simply they are returning the product.
