Dear sir/Madam,
I ordered * sets of battery from moglix.com website of make Exide **Ah **V Powersafe Plus Battery, EP**-** on *th Sept ****.After much follow-ups they dispatched the product on **th sept **** via their courier partner : Rivigo bearing Tracking Number: **********.Let me add that my follow-up was not smooth as many a times the person who coordinated with me for placing order very efficiently, chose not to respond or pick my call once order was placed.
Since I required the product urgently I started tracking it very diligently also communicating with courier company wherever the product would get held up. In the process courier company gave me a screen shot saying their agreed date of delivery is on **rd sept ****. However on **rd sept **** I got a mail from courier company saying that they cannot make dispatch happen as moglix.com has dues pending with them and hence delivery is blocked.
I called moglix.com customer care explaining the problem and they gave me contact details of their logistic manager Vaishali Saxena. I called Vaishali explaining my problem and she confirmed that within next day or two this problem shall get solved and my product shall get delivered also my delivery has been unblocked and they are in touch with rivigo to make my dispatch happen. Accordingly I dropped mail to rivigo saying what moglix.com informed me but they never reverted back. Thereafter I kept following up and they also started ignoring my calls many a times. Finally I drop in a mail and called their customer care which again confirmed that my product shall be delivered in a day or two.On Friday Vaishali confirmed me on phone that my product shall definitely get delivered by Saturday i.e **th September ****.I told Vaishali that if you can deliver the product on Saturday as committed then its fine else please cancel my order and return my money back. On the morning of **th September ****, I called local courier office to know whether the delivery has been unblocked and they are delivering the product ,but was shocked to know that it was still blocked and they shared with me screenshot as well. I called Vaishali to apprise of the situation but the phone didn’t not get picked up. I called customer care and informed them about situation, my frustration of ordering with them and told them to cancel my order if they are not able to deliver on Saturday i.e.**th September ****.He asked to give him * hours to revert but no one called back from Moglix.com. I also asked them mail id of their CEO which he didn’t shared. Finally I was able to get one from internet but don’t know whether it was true or not but still forwarded the mail containing all the details above mentioned. No reply came till date. No product was delivered till Monday morning **th septmber ****,*:** am.
Sir, these batteries were required to be used for online ups which are a must requirement to run dialysis machines at my centre. Because of its non-delivery I have to suffer a daily loss of Approx Rs ****/day apart from losing on customer opportunity of repeated business with them. More importantly the loss of faith of returning customers has given my business set back.
More importantly these kinds of business operators must be dealt with seriously who cheat the customer in broad day light. If there has been measure of mental agony which I had to go through apart from loss of time and unnecessary follow-ups which I needed to do and still not getting my product I would have quantified it but alas.
Request to take strict action against moglix.com for delay and not delivering my product and also get my money refunded apart from compensation of loss of my business.
