Bombino Express Pvt. Ltd - Package Not delivered

I am student who has gone for studies to Austria. Bombino Express promised me that the shipment will be delivered in *-* days. It’s month that shipment has not been delivered. Instead I had been made to run here and there in new country and do lot of followups which hampered my studies. There was one Eno packet in the shipment because of which they made me run to doctors to get prescription. Eventually after doing all they wanted they still returned the shipment of **Kg for packet of ENO. I have been tortured in foreign land. Also I had spent ***** on courier. Moreover I had to buy same items (because courier had all my essential items for stay abroad) which costed tremendously.
