das durai - Package not delivered

I ordered for a saree and paid Rs.**** on **/*/****. It is nearly * months now. I have not received the saree neither the money is refunded. I ordered through facebook marketing and paid money through Googlepay. The agent name is Duraipandian Das and his Mobile Number is **********. He also has another contact number ********** in the name of Aabith S. I am following up daily for the last ** days but the person simply keeps dodging saying there is problem in sending the package but when I ask for money back he is not agreeing to it. He even threatens me that if I go to social media for complaining he would send a legal notice to me. He is cheating me and also threatening me that he will sue me.
