I have placed an order * days ago and didn't get any update and reply of my email I sent them to let me know when the order will be delivered. On the order it still showing the order is processing from the time of order.
I paid the amount through paytm portal from my credit card since there is no option of cash on delivery COD.
I don't know what to do now. Please help me.
My order number is #*******.
