I have purchased materials form Shopclues Online Shopping on **-**-**** and was committed to deliver within **-**-**** but till now today (**-**-****) it is not delivered to me. i have contacted several times to Shopclues and Gati Transport to deliver this but I have not received any response from Shopclues and Gati was committed to deliver within ** days but the fact is they have not delivered till now.
