Mobilewalenet - Package not delivered

I was badly cheated by that company. I have ordered the phone on emi on the website. When I clicked on the link of my desired. The site asked me to fill my details and after some time they have contacted to me which phone I want to buy on Emi .i have said to them and they have asked me to pay the first emi to this bank account number:**********. Name :deepak Sharma ifsc :IDIB***I***
.I have paid the first Emi amount of rs. ****.after they have told me that your product will be delivered by *pm on that day. But my package not delivered.after *pm they switch off their phones. I was shocked and found that fraud has happened to me. After some their phone numbers are again active and I contacted them to cancel my order. They have said to send my bank details to their support mail. They have said money will be credited to my account within ** days. The days were over. Money was not credited to my account. While I contacted to them between ** days. They some times switch off their phones and some times their numbers were active. While they were in active I have called to them and they frequently cut my call. And didn't reply to me. This is the whole situation happened to me. Pls help me in this issue to get my amount back into my account
