Monika Rawat filed complaint against Myntra On Line Shopping on Aug 2, 2019
I have placed * photo frames order on ** July **** on Myntra app. At the time of order placing, they were showing delivery date ** july ****. After few days I showed that delivery date is changed and it was ** July ****. Now onwards they did not deliver my product whereas I paid the money by phonepe app. Amount has been deducted but product is not delivered. I have registered my complaint two times on Myntra customer care service but they did not resolve my problem.
