I ordered a gift for my brothers daughter from the specified company. The delivery was supposed to be on **-April-****. A day before the delivery, I called them and they told me that the delivery will be on time. On the day of delivery, again I called them because of some doubts, They told me that they will deliver as soon as possible. But the delivery was not made untill * PM. When I called them around *:** PM, They told me that, Delivery is not possible and they will refund with in ** days.
Its not the money I cared. I chose a gift from their website, which shows delivery available in my place. and at *PM of the delivery date, they are saying they cant send the gift. I do have one or two call records of them, in which I clearly notified that I am going to record the call. Its not about the money. Because of them I had to see her emotional face. I felt cheated, I called them again and told them, I am going to complaint this. The thing was, They didn't care if I complaint or not, Their voice tone was like a mockery to me.
