Belief Mart - Package not Delivered

I paid ***** for A* paper bundle to belief mart on April **th ****. Till date I have not receieved goods nor amount not refunded. On April **th they said they will delivery the goods in **days later they asked for ** more days like this they said for * times. later they asked me, do you want us to refund the amount I said yes please refund the amount this conversation completed by May **. They said they posted the cheque, finally I received the cheque on June **th and date on Cheque is June **th I have dropped cheque on June **th that cheque got bounced I asked for explanation they said to drop cheque on some other date I dropped my cheque again cheque got bounced like this it happened for * times.
