Maxibhi.com - Package not delivered

I ordered the consignment on ** June ****, but on ** June **** I requested to cancel the product but they didn't and text me that product is out for delivery while at morning hour I was told that product will be delivered on ** June. I refused to accept the consignment and contact the maxibhi for my refund they told me that they don't have such policy. What shall I do now plz help in refund the amount *** and no other relief is required.
