Millner & Co. - Package not delivered

I have ordered a watch and its been over * months now, I haven't received the package yet and the customer service does not have any idea where the package is.Despite several request for cancelling the order they are still saying the product will be delivered but do not know the estimated time. Also, the terms and conditions says that the product is to be delivered with **-** working days, and its already more than that with no update.
