Shopkin.in - Package not delivered

I placed my order on **st March **** and paid online since there was no cash on delivery option. I called the customer service on *rd April **** and that person told me my order will be delivered on *th April. I waited but I didn’t get the delivery so I tried calling on the same number again but it came as the dialed number does not exist. I wrote them a mail to which I didn’t get any reply. A few days later I tried to go the the site for customer support, only this time they took down all their numbers from the site and there were no replies to the other mails that I sent. It is *th June and I still haven’t gotten any delivery or any contact from their side despite so many mails. My money is lost to the fraudulent site.
