Blue Dart Couriers - package not delivered

After many efforts I was able to order for a much awaited mobile phone Redmi Note * Pro (colour Neptune blue) vide Flipkart order ID:- OD******************, which was sent under Blue Dart express courier Reference no. **********, waybill No. ***********, which has not been delivered to me. I am producing herewith the invoice of the consignment which is self-explanatory. Fraudulently the delivery boy of Blue Dart sold the item to somebody else. Although I have not paid the price I have paid continuous labour at the booking queue of the flash sell of the Flipkart for a month together. The cost of labour and mental agony is Rs. *****/- I am claiming.
