I want to complain on shopznow.com for not delivered the product in time or no update for a long time. The company contact number is not working and I call on it many times and they are not giving email reply also.
I have ordered "MI band * fitness watch" For Rs.***/- on **th May **** at **:**am in shopznow.com, till today I don't receive the product, I wrote a lot of emails to the "shopznowin@gmail.com" but no response. I am not able to track also (in their site there is no track option, update option).
I want to file a complaint against them in consumer forum for cheating, keep shopznow.com site in the blacklist.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
