Megaabuy - Package not delivered

I came across a website named Megaabuy where they are selling Redmi Note * pro for cheap price than market price. So, I ordered the Mobile on **/*/** (Wednesday). But till now (**/*/**), I didn't receive it. Every day I contact their customer service to track my order and they said after * days, you will receive the mobile. But still, now I didn't receive. I asked them to provide the tracking number but they didn't provide me.
