Aleppey Parcel Service - Package not delivered

I work as a contractor for HPCL petrol bunks ceiling and canopy works. On **th May ****, I sent a consignment from Angamali, Ernakulam to Ponkunnam, Kottayam via Aleppey Parcel service. They promised me ** hrs delivery and has not been delivered yet. My workers were waiting * days for tools and later I was forced to rent it from the local party which was very difficult to find. My loss in increasing and could not complete work on the promised date. Company may file penalty on me. Please help on the matter.
