Delhath filed complaint against Shoptroom on May 16, 2019

I had ordered an L*star mini mobile via Shoptroom and paid the cash via my debit card on **nd April ****. But still, date the company not delivered my item and in the site always showing "processing". There are no contact numbers for them. I had sent so many emails regarding this issue to the company, but there is no response from their part. My order number is *****. Please help me to refund my amount.
