Vrl Logistics - Package not delivered

This is the second time in a month I am facing issues from VRL for a different complaint. Each time this disgusting logistics transport can't sleep without causing trouble to their customers. I had booked * parcels from Gujarat to Thalassery and the guy here in Thalassery called me yesterday that only * parcels are reached and he had no idea when will the other receive in his office.
I already complain regarding late delivery of ** days from Gujarat to Thalassery previously, now this time its a different matter. I will never book any parcel in VRL that this shit service provider can't sleep without causing problems to their customers.
