Bewerly - Package not delivered

I ordered a dress from Bewerly worth *** INR. There was no COD option so I paid by my debit card. After one or two days I got a call from Bewerly. He said it will take ** to ** days to deliver the product but now its almost * months no package was delivered. Also the contact no. provided on the website is not responding. I am attaching the order confirmation screenshot and the payment gateway name is Razorpay.
