We have got shipped two of our puppies for delivery. Initially, shipment charges were paid after a day they started pulling out money for one or the other reason saying crate charges, insurance for the shipment, sudden vaccination of puppies and other things one after the other and till not the location of puppies is not known and delivery has not been done. They just say pay this much more amount you will receive your puppies in * day exactly and agency don't even give a proper response to its client's.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
