I ordered Drools ** kg dog food from their online site (www.petsworld.in) on **nd November ****. When I didn't receive my order, I send an email on **th Dec. ****. They responded next day that they couldn't deliver the package, and asked to provide an alternate contact details. I told them to use Indian postal services. However, they didn't respond to my email. So I again send me email on **nd Dec, and asked to cancel my order if they can't deliver my order. They responded that my address is incorrect, and asked me to provide an alternate address. I replied that you have delivered the package twice at the same address and with the same contact number, and I don't have several addresses. So, I asked them if you are not able to deliver the package then kindly cancel the order. They didn't respond. I send emails again on **st Dec, *th Jan **** and **th January. Neither, they responded to any of my emails nor they cancelled my order. It has been really very frustrating experience with them. If they can't deliver then why they place order, or even if they place order and don't able to deliver why don't they cancel the order and return the money to the customers. It feels like they are running scam.
