I made a payment of ₹*** via UPI on ** March **** to Kwabey for a T-shirt order. The order is still showing “Processed” and has not been shipped even after **+ days. The seller is not responding to messages or emails. I have not received the product or any proper update. I request a full refund for this transaction.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
