visacloth - Package not delivered

I ordered two tops from visacloth site. If you will search it online, you'll find nothing about this site. I have the number of the person who gave me my order confirmation. The number is switched off now and site is gone. They demanded online payment and I did that. I lost my money and get nothing till now. Recently I saw Limeline site on Facebook and I doubt this is the same person who's making this fake site, encourage customers to pay online and never contact us back. The number given at limeline website is not accessible. It will appear as costumers executive are busy but they will never pick your call. Please take action against this fellow. I think he ditched many customers by making visa cloth site and now he has introduced a new one (but most of the pattern are the same, cheap price, only online payment, inaccessible mobile number). Please do something.
