I posted on the FB page "Chennai online shopping bazaar" for the purchase of bridal set for my cousin.
On looking into the post "Saraswathi saree" FB profile person lady contacted me and shared pics of their jewellery set in WhatsApp with her name as Dhruvi and contact number: ********** and made WhatsApp calling only.
When I tried her mobile number it was switched off. When I asked about that, she said that she is in native and due to network problem only WhatsApp calling can be done. Also, she said she is not well.

I booked one of the jewel set and transferred the money to the below account she gave.

**th April **** - She said she had received the payment and packing is done. The tracking number will get tomorrow. Every day I asked her for tracking details then. She keeps responding waiting for the vendor to send. It is already couriered, don't worry, you will receive today etc.
Daily follow up, daily some response.

She said courier vehicle breakdown.

In the morning she said she will refund if I don't get the courier. In the evening she said courier is in my city. She did not disclose the courier details, no response if I ask for courier details.

She asked me to send my account details for a refund and asked not to accept the courier.

She said she has all courier details with her. But it is not showing any history in tracking. So she can't share the courier details.

She said she is an emergency situation. She said she will transfer the money today. If I don't receive the parcel

She said she has asked the vendor to transfer me the amount.

She said she lost her ** yr old brother in an accident. She is in his last rituals if you want I will send a pic. I said sorry and may his soul rest in peace and didn't disturb her further. After one day - I again asked for a refund.

She said transfer done and provide me transfer details. But I didn't receive the money. When I asked for transaction details, she again started saying the vendor did directly to you, waiting for the vendor to send transaction details.
Again back like the courier has done waiting for the vendor to send courier details etc. Same kind of the reason I am getting till **th April ****.
*st May **** - No response to my messages
*nd May **** - No messages are delivered to her She blocked me in her FB account.
From Apr *th **** till now I have not received the package either the refund amount. Lost my **** Rs hard earned money with this lady. She kept on responding in WhatsApp as if she is genuine and made me trust.
