I have order cases from rezoni on **/**/**** order id ****** & courier partner ID **************, but till date they have not delivered my order on the other hand they sent message for self-pick up, that means the parcel is near my city. why should I go & pickup when i have paid for home delivery.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
