I have purchased an apple watch series * **mm almost * weeks back from edealskart.com. I have paid an amount of Rs. ***** availing the discount of Rs **** as mentioned on the website. After the purchase, no information was passed onto me regarding the shipping of the product or the delivery. I have been trying to contact the customer care number mentioned on the website since then but nobody answers the phone. This is clearly a fraud harassing the consumers. This sort of e-commerce website should be banned and some strict actions need to be taken against the owners.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
