Kwabey com - Package not delivered

I placed an online order for * T-shirts from Kwabey through their official website. The seller promised delivery within *-* days.

However, the order status kept changing repeatedly in the following sequence: Processing → SLA breached → Processing → Packed → Not picked up from warehouse → Processing → Processed (current status). Even after the committed delivery period, the order has not been dispatched and no tracking details have been provided.

I contacted customer support multiple times but received only generic and delayed responses. The contact number mentioned on the website is not reachable. The company has stopped responding on Instagram and is leaving messages on seen without providing any resolution. Due to this continuous delay, lack of transparency, and non-delivery of goods, I have suffered financial loss and mental stress. I request a full refund of the paid amount.
