R Paranika filed complaint against Shadowfax Delivery on Jan 10, 2026
I placed an order with Reliance Digital on [jan *st ****] for [laptop]and I paid ₹***** in full. The order was assigned to Shadowfax Technologies for delivery, and the tracking details show the parcel reached Shadowfax Bangalore DC / XD DC on [Date]. Despite repeated attempts, the delivery team has not delivered my parcel, and they do not answer calls or messages.
I have contacted Reliance Digital customer care multiple times but have received no satisfactory resolution or refund. The delivery partner is unresponsive and withholding my paid goods, causing me financial loss and distress.
I request a full refund immediately, as well as compensation for the inconvenience and harassment caused by this non‑delivery and poor service. I have attached evidence including order invoice, payment proof, tracking screenshots, and communication logs to support the complaint.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
