Have ordered two products from meesho, at the time of delivery I haven’t shared the otp and told the delivery guy for a return, but the products are marked as delivered and if I check with Meesho delivery they clodes my ticket saying that products are delivered with otp verification. I have contacted the delivery person he told that the products are with them and will hand over to me the next day and asked me to place return request and send the screen shots. I have done it accordingly then after the delivery person is not picking up the call.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
