Anishope - Package not delivered

I have placed an order through online for mobile cover and paid online. However the status is still showing processing and no update from the vendor. I have tried contacting through email and mobile number. But none of them are connecting. So I am requesting your good self to help me resolve the issue.
Also I think this is being faced by others as they are advertising actively on online platforms. I hope you look into this and take action so others will not face the issue.
