uthra filed complaint against st courier Coimbatore on Dec 20, 2025
sent package from Tirunelveli pettai to Coimbatore. The parcel dispatced on Novemebr **, ****. The parcel reached the coimbatore keeranatham branch and it would be delivered the next morning. after that, i didnot receive the package and no response to my phone calls.
then i contacted the customer support team, after checking with the coimbatore keeranatham office, they informed me that the parcel is missing.
since the parcel has been lost. I kindly request full refund of the amount paid. please look into this matter and let me know the next steps at the earliest.
