Purple app - Package not delivered

I placed an order for six products worth ₹*,*** on the Purple app on *th December ****. The promised delivery date was *th December ****. However, the order has not yet been delivered, and I am not receiving any proper updates regarding the status. Additionally, I am unable to cancel the order through the app.

I kindly request you to look into this matter at the earliest and provide a clear update or initiate a cancellation and refund as applicable.
