Ditch the guilt - Package not delivered

i ordered two protein bars on *th December chose the delivery option that clearly stated it would be delivered within * days, it’s been over a week now (* days!) and there’s been no update whatsoever.

Since day one, the tracking status just says “shipment booked”, no AWB number, no progress, nothing. This is completely unacceptable.

Is this really how you treat your customers after taking their money? I expect someone to contact me immediately and give a proper update. If not, I want a full refund right away. Don’t compel me to escalate this further, this level of negligence is beyond frustrating.
